Elliott Dugger, ED.S, has been instructing TTI’s Freight Broker classes since 2005. Mr. Dugger has been in the transportation industry for over 10 years and has been an active teacher and/or administrator in the education system for over 18 years. He is also a key player in FDF Brokerage, assisting in all areas of the brokerage.
